Almost ready. I've shaved the seat and not used the plastic side panels. I have foam filled the sides instead and the next step was to 80 grit the sides ready for the cover to go on.

Start at one end and have a helper, its not that hard really
Getting the staples straight makes the whole process neat,
I used marine grade 6mm stainless staples
don't use standard staples
Job done.
