A "Carbon Blaster" is Born

The following companies have helped to make this project come to life. A big "thank you" goes to all these companies and friends who have worked very hard with me. Now its almost reached the end of the build I feel I could take on another build. This build was made more difficult because it is so rare, a lot of the parts where hard to get hold of. The fuel tank was three months in coming because it was made in the factory at Yamaha in Japan. Some parts were custom made which has made the whole thing work out expensive. If anyone is going to do a project like this one the important thing to remember is plan the project out in your mind and think way ahead what you will need because waiting for parts can slow you down. The other thing is, decide whether you are going all out and replace all the worn/dirty bit, or just try to get away with the bare minimum. It depends on how much time and money you want to spend. To be honest this blaster has had 100% new parts, only because it is so rare. Without the internet this project would have been impossible. Just looking for parts takes an awful lot of time. Talking to people and reading forums also helped a lot. All we need now is some water, and fingers crossed to go out and test the beast. Ade
